Looking for a home or an investment in Bulgaria? We help you find suitable property and make sure your enquiry gets an answer. If a seller does not respond, we can introduce you to a vetted partner estate agency that knows the local market.

Estate agencies

Become a partner and receive introductions to qualified buyers, many of them from Western Europe. You pay only a share of your commission on transactions that complete.

Owners and developers

Advertise your property to local and international buyers, and receive enquiries from people who are actively searching.

How it works for buyers

You enquire about a property that interests you.
If the seller does not reply, we step in to help.
With your agreement, a vetted partner agency takes it from there.

This is free of charge for buyers. The brokerage service itself is provided by our partner agency, and we are paid by the agency — never by you.
